Dhran Zankor

Dhran Zankor is a mandalorian trained bounty hunter working for Bloata the Hutt. He currently flies with his twi'lek lover, Loona to different parts of the galaxy in search of targets posted daily by his advisor Shia Banta.

Description:

Appearance:

Dhran is a tan skinned human with small sideburns and a 5 o'clock shadow, cleft chinned, medium sized jaw but preety drooped, medium sized eyebrows, has a scar on the left side running through his left eye, and a small mole on the right sideburn. He also has medium sized ears. His body is buffed, has a complete six pack, muscles are really defined, a hot bod in all aspects. He has strong looking arms, legs and broad shoulders.

Equipment/Apparel:

Dhran wears a 300 year old Mandalorian Battle suit, from the times of the Mandalorian Wars. It was a gift from his friend Sal, a fellow mandalorian from his same clan and his mentor. His weapons include, a Czerka manufactured Blaster rifle, Flame projectors, missle darts and thermal detonators. He also has stealth belts, poison vials/darts, trapper nets, flash bangs, cryogenic grenades, and a remote linked to his Mandal Motors EX-3000 starship.

Starship(s):

Dhran owns a customized Mandal Motors EX-3000 Starfighter, the ship is a E shaped fighter craft that comes with 2 mounted laser cannons. Dhran customized the ship by adding 2 more blaster cannons and 4 concussion missle launchers, he also expanded the deck to fit one more passenger and added a cargo bay on the back of the ship to store his weaponry and supplies. The ship has a class 1.5 hyperdrive engine, moderate shields and scanners. Its sublight speeds reach up to 4,220G/1,680km/h. As a way of securing his ship from theft of rival hutt scumbags, Dhran installed a ship computer that answers to verbal commands spoken in Bocce. The language although its common for traveling on local shiplines, was rather difficult to understand to most hutt thugs and bounty hunters.

Character:

Dhran Zankor loves to live the dangerous life, so in part he loves his profession as a bounty hunter, always taking the most risky targets to test his mandalorian prowess in battle. If the job requires to enter a space station hot with scum from a rival hutt lord and reach for one target, he will do it. He is also quite the ladies man, and it was those traits, and his mandalorian ego, that captured the heart of his lover, Loona. He has been madly in love ever since, some even saying it has changed the way he works.

Personality:

Dhran is a very risky man, he loves the adrenaline rush of being a hunter, and this makes him do drastic often dangerous decisions. He loves to be flirty and falls easily for women, although his faithfullness for Loona is very very strong. He tries to be cool at his work and loves to make good first impressions.

Relationships:

Dhran is currently in a relationship with the Twi'lek former dancer and slave, Loona. He met Loona at Black Sky Station after freeing her from trandoshan slavers with a little help from his friends. Loona and Dhran have ever since been very happy toguether dedicating their time to getting to know each others customs and traditions better for the sake of their union. They plan to marry soon.

Beliefs:

Dhran, being mandalorian raised, goes heavily by the mandalorian code of conduct and honor. He even gives an example to other scum hunters that work for the hutts.

Goals and Ambitions:

Dhran dreams of becoming a legendary Bounty Hunter like many of his fellow mandalorians. He aches for that one historical target to be claimed by his skill one day and put him in the history files forever. He also plans to make a life with his lover Loona and live happily with her.

Back story:

Childhood and the meeting with Clan Rhonin.

Dhran Zankor was born on corellia, he lived with his parents till the age of 11, when a mandalorian raiding party, leaded by Davin, soon to be chieftain of Clan Rhonin, hit his hometown, only he survived after taking down a mandalorian soldier in hand to hand combat, seeing the potential on the small kid, Davin, against the judgements of his fellow mandalorians, decided to spare his life and take him aboard to train him as a soldier.

Sal's Training

In mandalore, the clan leader, Davin, sent Sel the best trainer in Clan Rhonin to make Dhran the best of the best in the clan, he would be his prized bounty hunter to show the hutts the might of Mandalorian Skill and finess. Sal trained Dhran with no mercy, showing him everything from Blaster management to hand to hand combat and blade skills. Sal eventually bonded deeply with Dhran, Sal and Dhran would be great friends for life. Sal had one last gift for Dhran though, his mandalorian Battle suit, he saved it for the time he saw Dhran would complete his training. He gave him the suit years later, after the capture of the fugitive Ghark for Bloata the Hutt.

Life of a Hunter

After he reached 18 years old, he was released and sent away to become a independent bounty hunter, he started working for a local hutt crimelord in ord mantell, from there he rose through the ranks and earned a position as a premier hunter for one of the hutt clans of Hutta, which he now currently works for. After the events of the sith empire, Dhran was forced to lean his contracts towards the ruling party, trying to evade any republic contacts at all costs, in many ocassions killing the clients. Now he keeps a healthy relationship with the sith empire like many other hunters in the business.

SW-TOR:

Black Sky Station blues

Dhran has had quite some adventures, most of them starting in Black Sky Station. A space station owned by Bocca the Hutt. It was rumored Bocca was a long lost friend of Bloata the Hutt, Dhran's contractor. In Black Sky Station's cantina, Sparky's, he met Chris and the Kaleesh jedi Shook'nik. With these two companions, he freed Loona from trandoshan slavers, and then helped him capture the fugitive Ghark worth 100,000 credits. After this, he had a small encounter with Shook'nik when he attempted to do a grey jedi order. His ally this time was the Kushiban jedi, Mushoo and his droid friend BR-07. With these two they stopped Shoo from making his order, even though Dhran meant for shoo's well being, the event crushed their friendship.

Xelzor Thrice and the secret ryll spice recipe

Later another bounty came from Bloata the hutt, this time it was a rival Ryll spice merchant called Xelzor Thrice. The twi'lek merchant had made himself the kingpin of Ryll spice on Ryloth by creating a master recipe for a new ryll spice drug. He quickly became the top seller on the planet, dwarfing Hutt lord vendors. The secret however was a stolen ingredient from restricted hutt spice mines. The hutts, after knowing of this sent Dhran to take care of the rich and powerful Twi'lek. It wasen't easy but his lover Loona helped greatly since she lived in Ryloth before becoming a slave. She lead Dhran to many clues towards Xelzor Thrice, many of these through long lost friends of Loona. And before long, Xelzor Thrice was a begging man in front of Bloata the Hutt. Bloata executed Xelzor in lavish hutt flair.

Dhran, the emerald planet and the Goran Clan

After capturing Xelzor Thrice, Bloata gave Dhran a vacation on his duties. Now finally Dhran and Loona could venture the galaxy on their own and see the sights. In this vacation he recieved a transmission from a long time friend, Zecht. Zecht was a fellow mandalorian from the Goran Clan Dhran met on his childhood while he belonged to the Rhonin clan. He told him about the planet Philink where he currently resided and told him about their imminent departure to unknown places. Wanting to see Zecht for one last time, Dhran headed to the Philink system to meet Zecht one last time. When he arrived, he got acquainted with all the mandalorian members of Clan Goran including the chief, Unik Goran. He met a whole cast of characters including the smuggler and ex republic pilot, Stray. Dhran's lover, Loona, created a deep bond with Stray and a strong will to free Stray from mandalorian imprisonment. Dhran, willing to help his lover do something of good intention planned for Stray's freedom, after taking drastic and irrational actions almost ridding him off his mandalorian honor, he gained the responsability of Stray and her "freedom".

Stray however didn't have plans to escape with Dhran and left him and Loona, Loona in a fit of rage and feeling betrayed, destroyed all of Clan Goran's starfighters on the docking bay, Dhran feeling he couldn't hurt his love didn't do nothing to stop Loona he did however, with what little honor and dignity he had left come to Unik personally and apologize, Dhran was almost stripped of his mandalorian "title" and forever shunned by Clan Goran. He accepted the price of his recklessness and failure, he never blamed Loona openly even though he knew it was all her fault and his fault too for not taking action against her. After cleaning up the hangar bay, Dhran was confronted by an angry and hateful Zecht, lashing out against Dhran for his actions against Clan Goran. Dhran, in a fit of rage lunged at Zecht but was stopped by nearby mandalorians ready to kill him, and Loona. Dhran calmed down and with a serious face ordered Zecht to do one last thing for him, deliver the droid core of Stray's astromech Droid to Unik. Dhran then left to see the sights with Loona to vent off the frustration created after all the chaos.

It was here that Dhran met a philinker named Rutia or "Rooty" as Dhran could only understand. "Rooty" came from a destroyed village supposely attacked by the famous White Knight that came to liberate Philink from Sith imperial rule. The being that actually attacked the village was a droid replica of the famous Jedi Knight, made to ruin the reputation of said hero. Dhran, agreed to help the phlinker find this White Knight, the search led them to the destroyed village, it was there that Dhran made Loona see the horrors of war and the truth of the galaxy, Loona now realized that her life with Dhran was not going to be all happy and go lucky. It was a life full of death and danger, with this in mind, and with the hopes of helping out Dhran on any other missions, he announced herself as his new bounty hunter partner. Dhran and Loona then went to look for the White Knight but failure after failure ended up with Dhran getting a bruised arm and becoming too injured to continue, realizing their time on Philink was over they decided to leave the planet, and go back to Hutta to report to Bloata the Hutt for any new missions and to heal Dhran from his injuries.

OOC Information:

Dhran's creator, me, is called Ramon Paoli. He lives in Puerto Rico. Loves starwars. Dhran was actually a Jedi from a comic I created back in my early life. He wielded a Batousai sized lightsaber and was exactly in appearance as the Dhran in this Bio. He also fell in love with another Jedi called Adrian Psy. Dhran was a mandalorian jedi as well and Zecht was his fellow padawan partner on mandalore as well.
