Darth Aedai was a Sith Lord born on Dromund kaas and raised on Korriban, and joined the Aeons of Korriban at a young age. When Darth Vicente VI was raised as guild Grand Lord, Aedai was his first appointed Council member. When Darth Vicente VII won the schism war, Aedai was one of the few that remained in that position under his rule.

Early Years
Aedai was born servant to a Sith Lord on Dromund Kaas, who was a seeker of knowledge and history. From his earliest origins, Aedai was exposed to relics of the Dark Side, and was taught mastery of the Force. However, when he was nine, his master sent to Korriban to complete his training with a Sith guild, due to a lost game of pazaak.
Joining the Aeons of Korriban, Aedai spent his early teens as an envoy between Korriban, Dromund Kaas, and other systems influenced or controlled by the Sith Empire (a task that required a great deal of stealth due to the Republic forces over Korriban). It was during this time that Aedai gained his appreciation for piloting. When his exploits earned his the rank of guild Shadow Guard, he became friends with Darth Vicente VI, who would later become the guild's leader.
The Great War
In 30 BTC, the Sith Empire's plan to retake Korriban and strike a major blow to the Republic came to fruition in part to information Aedai helped deliever to key agents of the Empire. When war broke out, Aedai fought in several battles, both in space and on the ground, in both situations relying on unorthodox tactics that overwhelmed the Republic and Jedi forces.
The Council of Aeons
In 27 BTC, Darth Vicente VI took control of the guild from his father, and immediately named Aedai as a member of his council, afterwhich he claimed the name Darth Aedai. From his new position, Aedai became involved more involved in the Empire's affairs, assisting many major admirals in directing the Sith fleets on the path to victory.
An Apprentice
In 10 BTC, Aedai found a young apprentice in the son of a Nautolan Imperial pilot. With the pilot's permission, Aedai took the boy to Korriban to train him, bestowing to him the name Darth Vadoza.
The Sacking of Coruscant
Aedai's apprentice was sent to join in the battle in the Jedi temple, while Aedai himself helped direct certain aspects of the assault, such as the coordination of the star fighters who led the attack.
The Schism War
Following the death of Darth Vicente VI in 5 ATC, Darth Aedai was among the first of the council members to side with the late Grand Lord's son, and after the war, was one of the few council members to not be replaced in Darth Vicente VII's rule.
