Agex Kol

Agex Kol was born in 27BTC on board a refugee cruiser on it's way to Coruscant. His mother was now an escaped slave, almost impossible for her to get any descent work without being discovered, she wouldn't be able to anyway since she was now crippled from the waist down; caused by her en slaver Bioro Salv. His father was just your average bodyguard, protecting Bioro but fell in love with his dancing slave Sirella and got her pregnant, when he found out about his unborn child he planed the escape of both of them but ended up in the middle of a skirmish as Bioro was intent on keeping them. While he got Sirella on to the cruiser, the Zabrak male was shot from behind dying within his lovers arms. The ship entered hyperspace, and Sirella was now free, and entering labour. As she screamed, no one came to help her they just looked and turned away, after a few minutes an off duty doctor came to assist her, carrying her to a bed were he helped deliver her first child. Hours passed and eventually her baby was born, it was a boy. To remember the father, the man who saved her, she named the newborn after him; Agex. The cruiser rushed out of hyperspace, towards the planet Coruscant and docked moments later. The man who delivered Agex; was actually a rich, bachelor named Korunz who helped Sirella get back on her feet, he gave her a place to live, and everything she could had ever wanted. Yet appearances can be deceiving, ever since he helped her, Korunz though he deserved something in return, he abused her and Agex, raping her and beating her; having her conceive four more children, within nine years. However on one night when he was attacking Sirella, Agex had woken hearing the shouts he picked up a blade from the kitchen, he had enough. He entered the room and attacked Korunz from behind, killing him with eight wounds to the back. With Korunz dead there was nothing left to support Sirella and he family, forcing them to live down in the slums of Coruscant. Life wasn't easy, well why would it be. The family was able to adapt but with Sirella unable to work and provide credits for her children, Agex was forced to make the income and was reduced to pickpocketing locals and passers buy. This left no time for a proper education. At first he kept on getting caught, and depending on the person they made sure he wouldn't try it again, beating him up leaving him bruised and sore. On one of his 'trips' he attempted to pickpocket a Cerean walking buy; he looked rich. Reaching his hand towards the man's pocket, the Cerean turned around catching him in the middle of the crime. His face was wrinkled and scared, his hair shiny white. The Cerean stared towards him asking what he was doing, as usual, if he was caught Agex told a sob story; the truth. It never normally worked but this time it did, the guy believed his story. He whispered something too quiet for Agex to catch then introducing his name "Tarr-Siell". Before he could reply Tarr asked if he could show him his home, naturally hesitating yet something lit up inside him allowing him to trust the man and show him his home. As they entered his mother hollered "How much you got today". Agex stayed silent until she came through on her rusted metallic hover chair and introduced the man. Watching the man talk to his mother he noticed a small handled concealed by his robe, taking a better observation he noticed what it was... it was a lightsaber... he was a Jedi! Agex face was smiling and after moments of the two discussing he was given the ultimatum of become a Jedi or stay with his family. At first Agex declined but then his mother made the decision for him, making him go.

Agex was taken to the temple, were after a brief meeting with the council he was accepted into their ranks. He was trained in the arts of the Jedi as part of the Bha'lir clan. During his training Agex, like all younglings were taught the basic form I of lightsaber combat and basic techniques in the Force. When Jedi Master Tarr-Siell came to visit the clan, he saw promise in Agex and took him to be his Padwan learner at the age of fifteen. Agex and Tarr's realationship had a rocky start, Tarr-Siell was a peaceful man, while Agex was slightly arrogant and wasn't much for negotiation. Although it took awhile to adjust, they became one with each other, and were a great partnership. About two years into his training with Tarr, they were sent onto their first mission; which was to investigate a crime-lord Hutt named Docca, who had been importing illegal weapons and drugs into Coruscant. Disguising themselves as bandits the two of them were able to infiltrate Docca's hideout located in the depths of Coruscant, using the abandoned sewer tunnels. Their first job was to gather official proof, which was easy. All they had to do was buy something from them. Once they got the illegal goods they were able to initiate the arrest on Docca. Due to Docca's illogical planning she left herself heavily undefended allowing the mission to be completed smoothly without anything going wrong. The next mission they took put them in the Senate building were they were to investigate to alleged corruption of Senator Sur-Bo of Mawan, the case led them to an unguarded factory hidden in the Coruscant slums. For once Agex's early life was coming in handy as he had seen this door before and remembered the combination '556482'. The evidence, instead of pointing to Sur-Bo led them to Ron Vas. Senator Sur-Bo was the cleared of all charges and Ron Vas was arrested. In 13BTC, Agex constructed his first lightsaber in the caves of Ilum. Looking through the crystals, one sparkled towards him, taking this as a sign; no-matter how ridiculous it sounded. Once the construction finished, he activated the switch, the blade a shining green. On a mission to Nar Shaddaa, Agex was captured by pirates known as the Crimson Strikers. What they didn't know, was his Jedi affiliation, using his lightsaber concealed in his robes, so it couldn't be found he was able to release his shackles along with the rest of the prisoners. After securing everyone's escape he went to confront the groups leader. But what he saw was nothing towards he expected; it was is younger brother Saol. He couldn't do it her couldn't attack or arrest his own brother. That didn't stop Saol, he lept to the air unleashing his Vibrosword, coming down on Agex hitting his ignited lightsaber blade. As Saol kept on attacking Agex just kept on blocking, never could he strike, but as Saol was about to unleash a killing blow Master Tarr-Siell burst through door, swiftly defending Agex and defeating Saol and the rest of the Crimson Strikers, stopping them in their tracks. Not long after Tarr and Agex were sent on a mission to find out what happened to the Republic cruiser Nova IV, which was carrying Master and Padwan Kel-San and Rionai back to Coruscant. They discovered that the ship was attacked by an Empire vessel. With further investigation they found the ship crash landed on the planet Saleucami. Sending in a search party all they discovered were dead bodies and a immortalised Rionai. Afterwards Tarr-Siell decided it was time to spend more training at the Temple. One year later Tarr sent Agex to Ragoon VI on a simple learning exercise. What he didn't know was something darker was going on. As Agex searched through the wilderness searching for a good place to set up a camp he was attacked by a masked figure were black wielding a blood red lightsaber. A battle raged on as trees fell with the blades of the lightsabers crashing against them. Around ten minutes later the attacker found an opening in Agex's defence slicing the red blade across his right eyes light enough not to kill him, but heavy enough to destroy the the eye and cause great pain. Sensing his apprentices pain Tarr ran from the main outpost to his Padwan only to see one of his former apprentices Xintiouz. Stunned with amazement; after all these years he was still alive. Xintiouz leaped above Tarr, trying to deliver a blow that could kill his former master, igniting his lightsaber blocking the attack, but his skills were not enough and Xintiouz stabbed Tarr through the chest, as Agex screamed at the death of his master Republic troops came in aid, but the assassin jumped into the trees and disappeared. Agex was then transported back to Coruscant for medical attention and rest. Months after Agex healed and was assigned to Jeonia Rae, whose methods were somewhat unorthodox compared to the other Jedi Masters. For the next four years Jeonia isolated Agex in the temple for his training stating that with her he was just beginning his life as a Jedi. When Agex was twenty-two, Jeonia decided he was good enough to be taken on missions. Their first mission together as Master and Padwan involved protecting a Republic cruiser as it was to pass it's way through known pirate sectors and secure a deal with Greetia the Hutt to allow them to use their space lanes.
